Carers Network

The Carers Network offers services and support to unpaid carers. These services enable carers to find out about and manage their needs. It builds carers’ confidence in making important decisions for themselves and the person(s) that they care for.

Are you…

  • An 18+ unpaid carer?

  • A resident of Westminster or Hammersmith and Fulham?

  • Carer of a person with a Sensory Impairment, a Learning Disability, a Physical Disability and/or a Mental Disorder?

If you can answer YES to all of these questions, you can refer yourself or a professional referral can be made.
